VoiceRecord

Every to-do from the call, in one checklist

Small commitments are the first to get lost after a call. VoiceRecord lists each one as a task under the meeting, starting with the name of whoever took it on.

How it works

  1. 1

Send the notetaker to your call

Paste the Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link in your dashboard. The notetaker asks to join like any guest.

  2. 2

    Get the checklist

When the call ends, each to-do is a task with a checkbox under the meeting, small ones included.

  3. 3

Tick it off, or send it to your app

Check tasks off in VoiceRecord, drag them into order, or open them in Todoist, Notion, Trello or Asana.

Questions

What happens to tasks when I delete a meeting?
They are deleted with it, unless you moved them to your own list first.
Does it sync with Todoist, Notion, Trello or Asana?
No. VoiceRecord opens the app with the task filled in or copied. Ticking it off there doesn’t tick it off in VoiceRecord.
Can I add a task the call missed?
Yes. Press “Add an action to this meeting” and say it. It joins the meeting’s checklist.
