Follow-up emails, drafted from the call
When someone promises a recap, a deck or a quote, VoiceRecord writes that email: a subject and a short body taken from what was said. You open it in Gmail or Outlook, check it and send it.

VoiceRecord catches the promise
Each time someone commits to sending something by email, it becomes an email action with a subject and a short draft.
- 3
Open it and send it
One click opens the draft in Gmail, Outlook or your mail app. Check it, add the attachment, send.

Good to know
- The recipient is filled in only when their email address was said in the call. Otherwise, you add it.
- Attachments aren’t added: you attach the deck or the quote yourself.
- Nothing is sent on your behalf. You always press Send.
Questions
- Does VoiceRecord send emails for me?
- No. It writes the draft and opens it in your mail app. You read it, change what you want and send it yourself.
- Do I need to connect my mailbox?
- No. VoiceRecord never reads your inbox or sends from it. It only opens a new draft in the app you choose.
- Which email apps does it work with?
- Gmail and Outlook on the web, and your computer’s mail app. On an iPhone, the Gmail and Outlook apps too. On Android, your phone asks which mail app to use.
- Which languages are the drafts written in?
- In the language of the meeting: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian or Portuguese.
